Support Plan Utilisation Report
Possibly the most important metric for any organisation providing care is how many hours are being delivered against the agreed care plan. This report tracks those hours and measures the variance. This is a key component for recovering unspent budget.
With our clients, we use this report to highlight key areas of concern on care packages. Using this information, we are confidently able to identify under and over delivery and the impact on the budget itself. In general, the budgets we manage underspend for various reasons and it is important that this underspend is able to be identified, recovered and recycled into the care system.
